You should start getting eggs when your pullets are around 18 weeks old. You can switch to layer feed about then.

Thanks for the very warm welcome, everyone!

We're located in Madison. Picked up our gals last night, and found them happily clucking away in the coop this morning. Two of them have been laying an egg daily, though we didn't find any this morning. I'm hoping it's just from the temporary stress of relocation and that they'll be back on top soon.
