New with chick questions

So my husband finally my son get some chicks. I'm new to this I have a question. We have two chicks and a Turkey they live together since the start. I guess about a month old. Just yesterday they started sitting on the turkey I believe it a specific one who starts this bulling for the other to follow. Any ideas I don't know how to tell the sex of chickens could it be to boys getting cockey or are they teaming up on the Turkey. They have gotten along just fine until yesterday. I'm open to any advice. Thanks.

Young chicks often sit on their moms in that way. It's just a game at this point.
