I got these lil guys from Rural King. Supposed to be a leghorn, a blue Wyandotte, and a silver laced Wyandotte. All 3 sold as pullets. However, the SLW seems to have a bigger comb that just appeared to turn red today. Compared to the other two he/she just looks quite masculine to me. They are supposed to be around 3 weeks old. I hope the photos are good enough to tell they hardly hold still!

They are too young to really sex but the one in the dish looking cockerel (red & wide comb) ... Repost pictures when they're 6 - 8wks old.


Only time will tell. It's pretty difficult to make an accurate guess this early, especially when it concerns Wyandottes. One of my pullets began developing pink comb/wattles at a mere 3 weeks.
