With a comb that large and pink and such a young age, I would say you do have a cockerel, however it is a bit early to tell yet.
I find Wyandotte cockerels to be human aggressive, so if it does turn out to be a cockerel I'd be careful.
Enjoy your chicks whilst they're young, and post back when they're 6-8 weeks old. Then we'll be able to tell they're gender for sure!
