I have my hens sitting right now and a couple took on more than they could fit under them. I have a yogurt machine that's specs say 100-110 (a little high). I stuck the extra eggs (viable) in it, with a glass of water and put my thermometer on top of the glass. The thermometer has a wire so it leaves the lid a bit open (which I'm hoping will help keep the heat a bit lower. Has anyone tried this? From candling I think they are about a week from hatching so I figured it was worth a shot. Any advice would be appreciated.
