newbie from indiana with npip question

Hi I don't post much but am always on here. Learning New stuff everyday. I was wondering if anyone knows who to contact in southern Indiana concerning Npip. I want to get my flock tested but I cannot find anyone who knows anything about it. I would like to start selling and shipping birds and eggs. Thank you for any info anyone can offer.
