Welcome to BYC.
I'm not well versed in respiratory ailments, but I so remember that some can cause swollen sinuses, eyes, and limping. The twisted neck sounds like wry neck.
I'd give them some vitamin water 3x a week. I use Poultry Cell (I get this at tractor supply) and mix in water during molting season.
If it isn't available, you can use liquid infant vitamins, without iron, and drop some on her beak each day.
If you are feeding scratch, cut it down to none or a very small amount. Feed a grower or all flock feed with 18 to 20% protein. Be sure to keep a dish of oyster shell also.
Good luck with your flock!

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
I agree with @janiedoe's suggestion to supplement with poultry vitamin and minerals.
What exactly are you feeding?
Do you have lots of ventilation in a very clean, dry coop?
Do any of the birds with swollen faces also had raspy breathing, bubbles in the eyes or discharge from their nares? These are additional symptoms of respiratory disease and they may need an appropriate antibiotic to treat it such as Tylosin or Denagard.
