I've seen those in the Philippines. What is your attraction to them? They are definitely different!

just for future reference, a Naked Neck used to be my avatar now I have a Geese, but she was referring to the Naked Necks.

I visited family in Ilocos Sur a couple of months ago..my grandpa has ~50 chickens, and since he has a rice field he feeds them rice and corn and lets them free-range. I guess for him it is cost-effective, although he doesn't sell any for meat..personal consumption only.
