Newbie here! What's wrong with my chicken?

My Buff Orpington is very lethargic, her eyes are just wanting to be closed, and seems pretty sleepy. And kind of depressed looking. She also has pretty bad balance. Today she had white/green poop. I'm new to all of this. What should I do? What can I give her to make her feel better?

How long have you had him?
Where are you located in the world?
Any other cockerels?
Any other birds not feeling well?
Check the crop, what's that like? Any lice/mites?

See if you can get him to drink by holding some water up to his beak. Hydration first, then when drinking offer some wet feed.

When we have a little more info, we may have more suggestions.

How long have you had him? 18 weeks
Where are you located in the world? San Antonio, TX
Any other cockerels? Including this bird, we have 2 buff Orpingtons and 2 silkies (one silkie is a rooster and the other one we aren't so sure).
Any other birds not feeling well? All the others seem to be doing pretty well! Anything we can do for prevention?

Now it's looking more green than white. She is also very thirsty. She purred at my husband when she received more water.

Can he not get to water on his own?

Anything in the diet that's green - grass, veggies, etc.?

I would work on getting him hydrated, make sure he has access to water and feed. Some electrolytes would be good if you have them.

See what the poop and his demeanor is like in the morning.

He's able to get water on his own. He was very excited when my husband got him even more water.

He free ranges quite a bit. He likes grass, carrot leaves, and leaves on our rose bushes.

Since you have possibly 2 other cockerels, he may be getting kept from water. I put multiple containers of shaded water around the free ranging area during hot weather. Adding water to a small amount of chicken feed that can be changed daily can also get more water into them. Something like Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell 2 ml daily by mouth for 2-3 days can help give a boost.

Do those look like fly eggs in the poo, or are they worm eggs or tapeworm segments?
