Welcome tygrlady! I'm about 70 miles south of Flagstaff, where we don't ordinarily get much snow, but am getting about a foot over today and tomorrow. Two coop/run suggestions: 1) shade cloth needs to have the snow raked or removed from it, if you can't take the cloth down for summer. 2) a rake and/or manure fork work for this purpose!
There's also an Arizona forum under the Forums, scroll to the list of social forums, and something like "where am I where are you?"
