Newbie info suggestion

I think a newbie sticky thread with many of the common questions should be created. Or change the FAQ thread title to "FAQ for New Eggs"

It's not for me, but a lot of newbies. I would move the two newcomer sticky threads directly under the "index" I think it would be easier to find. Just sayin'...
