Welcome! From one newbie to another

I have been reading this site and some others for hours upon hours upon hours and I'm starting to feel pretty comfortable at this point. I'm getting my first babies hopefully on Monday (Silkies

), then my Ideal shipment should be here on Thursday.

From Ideal, my first order consists of:

RIR (Rhode Island Reds)
BO (Buff Orpingtons)
Ideal 236's (their breed of White Leghorn)
Danish Brown Leghorns (are these DBL's? I dunno yet)
EE (Easter Eggers...Ideal sells them as Ameraucanas but I hear that they are not pure)

I'll let you know how things are going for me next week.
