I have a single pea chick who is 4 weeks old and currently with two chicken chicks - 4 weeks also. I had hoped more would hatch as the plan was always two or three. I have the option of one or three IB chicks who are apparently 4 weeks old (but they look huge compared to mine.) Anyways I am looking after them for a couple of days - they're in their own enclosure - not mixing with my own but they seem quite shy and docile comparatively. If you handle them they just sit where you put them - they don't wander. Is that normal? Also one is way larger than the others. Wondering if there is any possible indicators of sex I could take a look at? I'd like a peahen if possible but appreciate it is hard to tell at this age. Would love to hear from more experienced folk! :)

Are these any good?

Are there better pictures I could take and is their behaviour normal? Subdued / not bothered / not flying away or appearing stressed just not pottering.

Post as many as you can. Shots from the top and side are best.
