I just got an order in of Cochin Bantams and they put in RIR's to keep them warm. Do I need to separate them now or just leave them with the Cochins? The RIR's are a bit bigger, just don't want any hurt ones. If I can leave them together for now, when should I separate them? Thanks in advance, Kim

You can leave 'em together. They can grow up together just fine. As long as you have enough room in the brooder for the little ones to get away - not that the RIRs would go after them, but they just might run around and step on 'em a lot.
