Newbie Question

I've got 5 barred rock pullets that are 2 months old. Can I put a 4 month old roo with them? Will they be able to get along? Any help would be appreciated

Well I am no expert but I would put them together should be alright but if not you can take him out. Thats the only way you'll know for sure.

My grandma always told me to introduce a new chicken to a flock by putting it on the roost at night. That way they all wake up together and the new bird smells like the pen. Less of an issue with young chicks and with adding a cockerel to a group of hens, but still a safe practice.
