Newbie Red Star Question

My girls turned 4 weeks old yesterday. They were sold to me as Red Stars. One has a lot of white on her back and the other has more red on her back.

Do their feathers change colors as they age or will they keep their current coloration?

Since they are a mix of a red male over a silver white female, they "take" the coloration as unique individuals. The patterns of red and white show quite differently from bird to bird.
