Aloha, I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and just brought home my first chicks ever today, they are 4 weeks old
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes just got them today, first time raising chicks

(3) What breeds do you have? Buff Orpingtons
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I finally will have my own chickens, have always enjoyed my friends chickens,love their personalities, companionship, eggs are a bonus

Married for 10 years, lost my only child , my Son, at 20 years of age in 2017, we have a pit/lab mix that is 7 years old
