How much do they weigh?

If what you have says 5 mg/ml, you can give 0.1 ml per pound.
1/ 2.2 x 1 / 5 = 0.09 ml per pound (okay to round up to 0.1 ml per pound).

ok. So we just butchered some of our roosters (which is how I discovered the mites) and my husband says they were about 10-15lbs each. The ladies will obviously be smaller, probably 7-8lbs.

I would give 0.8 ml.

To treat 8 pounds with the topical ivermectin the amount I use is ~1 mg/kg, which works out to about 0.8 ml when using the 5 mg/ml topical.
