Newbie to Incubation

Ok this egg had a small pip this morning but it's gotten bigger. The membrane has a hole in it as well. I can see the chick moving around, and sticking the tip of his beak out the hole. Any suggestions should I help or leave alone, been like that since before 6pm.

Just leave it alone and let it unzip itself.

Ok so it going to be alright. What about the other 2 they haven't even pipped yet. I'm worried about them!

Missi Go on https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/5/incubating-hatching-eggs let them know what is going on and how long the chicks have been in the incubator for. Let them know that one is hatching but nothing yet is going on with the other and should you try helping or what you should do at this point.

Yea, right now I'm going crazy. I've never did this before and the waiting part is the worst. Lil one still moving around and sticking it's beak out the hole. Even heard a couple peeps. Still concerned about the other 2 that hasn't pipped at all.

I've read that 19-25 is really the range for hatch. Don't give up on them just because they are later than others! Good luck!

Having the same thing happen tonight. I'm leaving the chick alone for sure! Can't help but worry as a Mama Hen lol and a Nervous Newbie! But very excited to see how this turns out!
