Newbie..Well Kind of:)

Well we lost our littlest one last night, she was jut to weak. I tried to get a picture of the lump and realized it is almost gone.. Is that normal? Would this be characteristic of a crop that is full?
 
Ok so I just read a blog and found out what a full crop was.. Boy ya learn something new all the time:) I am assuming since the bump is gone digestion is going well.. If they have an issue like this will they always have an issue?
