I'm with Mary on getting a necropsy should another chick die. It would definitely let you know what cause of death was, and you'd know whether it is a disease running through your flock or if it's something about your flock management style that's weakening and killing these chicks.
You really do need to contact the place where the chicks that have died came from. There are diseases that are passed from the breeding hen through the eggs directly to the chicks. Some of them can be dreadfully contagious, and your entire flock of chicks can be in danger.
I would not quit turning over rocks until I got it figured out.
