Hi all-

I have been considering buying chickens for sometime now and we are ready to commit this spring. I have been reading through threads and there is a ton of info here. I look forward to being a part of this chicken community!

My daughter is 3 and I think she would love having chickens as we recently lost our 13 year old dogs at Oct. I am thinking that we will have 8-10 chickens and we are looking forward to the eggs.
