Hi, all! I am glad I found this cool, supportive site! I am new to chickens - just started my flock of 2 around 4 weeks ago. They haven't begun laying yet, but they are only around 5 months. So far I think I'm doing pretty well but will be switching to sand this week after all the awesome info I just read (which, coincidentally, brought me to this site after a google search)!!
