I have 4 pullets and bought 2 RRI hens? My questions is will it be ok to keep them in the same flock? It's been a week, and I'm wondering is the mixing of the flock with young and old interfering with the old hens laying eggs?

If they have been together this long and none of the pullets have been hurt, then I will say yes, you can keep all these birds together. Generally you should wait to mix younger birds with older birds as the older hens can hurt the youngsters. But yours seem to be doing well. The pullets should not be effecting your hens laying. Something else might be going on if your hens are not laying well.

If you just brought these hens home, it can take time for them to get used to their new digs and may not start back up to laying for a couple weeks. A new home for hens is stressful and they need time to adjust before they will lay. Just move quietly around them, avoid picking them up for a while and just enjoy them!
