Hey y'all! My name's Korey & I'm new on here. I wanted to introduce myself. My family & I raise & train Labrador Retrievers (hence the name HuntEmUp), we have 2 adopted rescue horses, 10 Pekin ducks (not sure if they're all drakes or hens, so if someone's got any hints on how to check, that'd be greatly appreciated!!), & 11 hens & 1 rooster we inherited from my Dad when he had to move (& I'm not sure what we've got there :) ). We'll be adding some Dominique's, Blue Andalusian's, & Buff Orpington's here soon, so I know I'll be on quite a bit. I'm looking forward to any advice & help along the way!

First stop should be the Learning Center, from there branch out to forums that meet your needs such as raising baby chicks, meat birds, egg laying and chicken behaviors etc.
 
Thanks y'all! Got the hens & rooster figured out :) We've got 1 Buff Orpington hen (not for much longer, I just picked up 4 day old Buff Orpington hen chicks today, yay!), 1 is a Production Red, 9 are RIR's, & the rooster is a Buff Orpington (which means I now have 2 'cause I also got a day old rooster Buff). I also picked up 10 day old Dominique's today too & my son absolutely loves helping with the babies (he's afraid of the bigger ones because they chase him).
