Newbies with first egg!!!

Hello I posted yesterday in the post your first eggs here forum.But I want more people to see our first egg.Being new to all this makes us very proud and excited.
I do have a question.We got our second egg today from the same hen.We got 5 hens all at the same time from the same litter and was just curious as to why the other ones are not laying yet??I would have thought that they all would lay about the same time.Wishful thinking I guess.Thats ok I am very proud of sassy shes my baby..

Our girls are 18 weeks old.The white egg is a large store bought egg and the brown one is ours.

and for not all starting at the same time, it is like any other animal they don't all mature at the same rate. But more eggs should most likely becoming soon.
