Newborn chick being pecked severely

Help! My two newborn chicks (hatched today) are being pecked by the week old chick and momma hen! One is already bloody around it's eye. Should I remove both new babies right away? Was thinking of putting them in a box and bringing them inside? Any suggestions?

Remove them from the hen. You can raise them yourself.

Poor little chicks. they hatch to find there mother and another chick pecking them

. Take them out and don't return them until there at least 1 month and a half old.
