Newborn chick, should I remove poop from Butt?

She is chirping and kicking just fine, but has some sack and what appears to maybe be poop? Still attached to her behind. Should I remove? It is getting tangled in her feet when she tries to stand

Do not touch or pull that.
If you do you will pull its intestines out with it and kill it.



Can you shine a flashlight or something on it and get a clearer picture?
 
Usually it will drop off when it's moving around and fully dry. I wouldn't remove it till it's able to stand on its own.
