Newborn duckling weak and having spasms

My duck just hatched a duckling a couple hours ago and she didn’t seem to care for it and the duckling was very weak and having a lot of spasms, I’m wondering what it is and what I can do for it?

Sorry no one has been here to help. How is the duckling doing do you have it under heat lamp? Might take awhile for it to recover if just hatched. Hopefully warmth and time will help. No need to offer food or water yet since they need to mainly rest.. How is it doing now? @Isaac 0 and suggestions.
