Newborn kitten

I found this not even week old kitten near an abandoned vehicle by my house, the mother wasn’t in sight so I moved it somewhere safe. The kitten was gone the next day. Flash forward three days from then, I find the kitten away from its home again. This time it looks like it left by itself, so I put it in a safe place. The mother never came back for it, I left it out for about a day till I called it and brought it in. Arizona heat is no joke. The first day it was doing well, drinking KMR from a bottle. And today it’s really concerning, it’s breathing weird/bubbly. It’s very cold, I now have it near a little heater but at a distance. It was also dehydrated so I got some electrolytes for it. What do I do now? I have a humidifier for it, to help with its breathing. Please help. Any advice will do.

No, unfortunately. We have so much on our plate right now, financially and with responsibilities. I just happened to find the cat in need.
