Newby here, Are these EE Roos?

I purchased 9 day old chicks in Feb. and they were advertised as "Americanas." After reading and readying I think I was actually sold EEs, hence the green legs. The lady "wing" sexed them and said they were all pullets, but I now know at least one is a roo. I heard him crowing and he is looking like a little roo. Well they are about 6 weeks old and I have am now questioning two of the others. Please help! I live in the city and cannot have roos.

This is "Princess," but from what I have read, black and white EEs are usually roos. Is this still "Princess" or "Prince?"

I was wondering about this one because the roo keeps scaring "her" away from the other girls. I really hope she is a she, her coloring is beautiful!!

color doesn't mean anything with ees they are all different colors there is not a specific color for them and their beardless of course so you have beardless ees .. blondie is a rooster for sure and that one with more black then the other one is a rooster so i agree with ramirezfarming .. the ees i have their comb is not even red yet and she is 8-9 months old and she is not laying yet ees take a long to time lay they take their sweet time

That is what I was thinking, the black and white one on the floor is the one that is making baby crowing sounds. He is the one that chases Blondie away.

Now I have to find Blondie a new home, so sad he is such a sweet little thing. I love the "eyes" on his back.

Sorry, those are both roosters. Patchy and bright colors = rooster, regardless if it's a purebred or not.

The 2 males I can definitely see are Blondie and the black and white one in the background.

Not all breeds can be feather sexed. If they could hatcheries wouldn't need vent sexers!

Ok then for now Princess is still a Princess, until she lays or crows. I found Jimmy (mostly black with white) the Rooster a home. Now time to find one for Blondie. Thanks everyone.

There are several hen-feathered, or pure white breeds, true. But that's hardly relevant to OP's birds.
