newcastles in so cal/ link to media report 2/20/19 quarantines

I'm just now finding about all this quarantine stuff and trying to get a grasp of what i need to do. I haven't got any chicks yet but they were set to head my way any day now. I'm assuming I need to try to call and get them to stop the order before they send them if they haven't already right? what am i suppose to do if they already sent them?
