Newly Adopted Duck, Has a Lot of Medical Concerns

A new, frankly worrying development just occurred tonight. The infection itself is looking better, but when I went to apply the antiseptic, there a large amount of viscus, clear, fluid coming out of her mouth and nose. This seemed to almost be like vomit and I'm not sure if this is a product of stress or if it's coming from something else

When the fluid was coming out, where you restraining her by chance? If her crop was full, she very well could have just regurgitated. If you could take a picture of it next time you see it, it would be easier to make a suggestion. I don't have much experience with problems like this, but I have made a duck or two regurgitate by accident.
