As much grass as she wants let her have, as soon as you can get an all flock, multi flock, or flock raiser feed the better. You can encourage her to start eating it by mixing in some scratch at first and making the mix into a soupy mash by adding water, she’ll want to play in it at first, but if she’s playing in it, she’s getting used to the taste.
You really should have quarantined her, not just for the sake of your flock but her sake to, she’s under stress so her immune system isn’t functioning well most likely, she could have come down with something and could spread it to your flock, or picked up something from your flock and is now actively contagious with it. If they’re all touching the same objects and feeders it’s too late, whatever is there has probably now been spread around so you should consider getting something like vitamins, RopaPoultry complete (oregano, cinnamon oil) or adding crushed fresh thyme and oregano to their water to boost their immune systems and maybe get some corid or wormer for your flock.
Normal goose poo should look like green or brown logs with and without a white cap. After several droppings they’ll have a caecal poo which is a pudding like stinky mess, it’s normal. Watery puddle droppings aren’t abnormal in waterfowl because they drink so much water, but if it’s the only droppings she has it can be because she hasn’t been eating which we know she has but also because of stress, intestinal disturbance, infection, or some sort of organ malfunction.
Free access to grass will help remedy this if it’s just a diet issue.
