Newly aquired Goose not eating. HELP!

As much grass as she wants let her have, as soon as you can get an all flock, multi flock, or flock raiser feed the better. You can encourage her to start eating it by mixing in some scratch at first and making the mix into a soupy mash by adding water, she’ll want to play in it at first, but if she’s playing in it, she’s getting used to the taste.
You really should have quarantined her, not just for the sake of your flock but her sake to, she’s under stress so her immune system isn’t functioning well most likely, she could have come down with something and could spread it to your flock, or picked up something from your flock and is now actively contagious with it. If they’re all touching the same objects and feeders it’s too late, whatever is there has probably now been spread around so you should consider getting something like vitamins, RopaPoultry complete (oregano, cinnamon oil) or adding crushed fresh thyme and oregano to their water to boost their immune systems and maybe get some corid or wormer for your flock.

Normal goose poo should look like green or brown logs with and without a white cap. After several droppings they’ll have a caecal poo which is a pudding like stinky mess, it’s normal. Watery puddle droppings aren’t abnormal in waterfowl because they drink so much water, but if it’s the only droppings she has it can be because she hasn’t been eating which we know she has but also because of stress, intestinal disturbance, infection, or some sort of organ malfunction.
Free access to grass will help remedy this if it’s just a diet issue.

It sounds like she hasn’t been socialized with humans well which is adding to her stress, you can make her more comfortable by offering treats and sitting quietly around her, don’t force your presence on her by trying to pick her up or following her around, it might take a few weeks but she’ll start wanting to be around you.

Geese are picky eaters so it might take her awhile to get used to new foods if she likes them at all, things to try include melons, apples, pears, plums, berries, tomatoes, grapes, carrots, pumpkin, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, kale, cabbage, meal worms, soldier fly larva.

I will do as you suggested and see how it goes. Thank you for your help.

Good Morning guys, I have some good news. Things are getting better.
I decided to grab a duckling, grabbed a cup with grower feed and meal worms, sat her in my lap to feed her. The moment I grab a duckling, Goosy always comes to protect the duckling. So while the duckling was in my lap, i put the cup in front of the duckling and she starts eating. Then it happened, Goosy started eating from the cup too and ate a lot. Then i had to take my son to school, i came back, did the same again with the duckling, and she started eating again. During lunch I will go home and do the same. I am so relieved! I will keep you guys posted. Thank you all for you advice. I really learned a lot from you guys.

Wonderful to hear!

@Goosebaby @Skyle @Isadora T Good day Guys! I have to thank you once again.
Since Goosy started eating but still not enough, cause the day after she still wasn't really eating, only like 1 bite of food a day. I decided to separate the Goose and Ducklings from the chickens. That was on Saturday morning. Sunday (yesterday) morning I went to check on them and their foodbowl was completely empty! when refilling, Goosy came and started eating, together with the ducklings from the bowl. She even took Pak Choi from my hands and ate. Her poop finally has color and consistency, and she even feels heavier now. She is more confident and showing the chickens who is the alpha now. Thank you guys for all your help.

Thank you so much for the update! I'm glad she's doing well. 😍
