Newly hatched chick can't stand upright

You're just trying to make it where she won't flip herself onto her back until morning. If you thing it needs to be a little tighter to prevent that then go for it. Just make sure she's not going to suffocate or squish her.

She's doing ok now, other problem. She keeps pecking other chicks in the eyes. I tried to show her food but all she does is just peck it and doesn't swallow it. I'm really scared she'll pluck their eye out
