I have a brand new Serama baby who hatched about 36 hours ago. His middle toes looked crooked so I pulled him out of the incubator to take a closer look. He can stand briefly, but when he tries to move he can only drag himself along. His feet get bent up under him and he tries to flap his wings. I am having trouble getting a video file small enough to upload, but have attached a photo. He (or she) is a teeny tiny little thing. Hoping this is something I can fix :(

The best thing that you can do for him is to give him a couple of drops of Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell vitamins with electrolytes daily, and keep him warm and dry. Offer some eggyolk and a little wet feed when he is able to eat. A small cup or wine glass with a little padding can be a good vessel to place him in to try and get him to stand. Take him out often to rest. I hope your chick improves.
