newly hatched chick with birth defect

I had a chick hatch during the night that can't stand up. After it dried in the incubator and took it out and realized it's neck is severely crooked to the point that it's head, literally, is laying up against the side of it's body. It is really sleepy, which I have heard happens when they are dying. Is there anything I can do, besides culling this little one, to help it?

It sounds like a birth defect. Its sad, but it happens.

................ I think culling it might be best.
