Newly hatched chick with cyst/tumor on shoulder?

Hey I'd like to know any updates and photos if possible. Read through this quickly and briefly when I saw this in my baby chick of a month old. I can include a pic if need be but very similar to pic above on back/shoulder/wing. Thanks all.
