newly hatched chicks can not standed or walk

Hi all I have two newly hatched chicks that can not stand or walk they have been out of there eggs about 4 hours. What should I do?

So they are in the brooder or still in the bator? I know nothing about chicks hatching in the bator except what I read, so hopefully I can give you a boost so someone will help. Sorry you haven't heard anything before.
