I agree with @drumstick diva, it needs to be separated until it can stand and walk.

It will straighten both legs but not move it’s head around. I held it up and had it kind of walk to the water before. The wing on that side seems weaker than the side it uses to flop around. My guess is it stayed curled up in its shell too long. Do you have Nutri-drench or electrolytes? I think you should make a boot for that left foot to get it into proper shape. Here is an article with a recipe for making your own electrolytes:We’ve got it separated again. Thanks for all of the thoughts. I was thinking it was wry neck. I don’t have any vitamins I can give it right now, but I have to get more feed tomorrow and can hopefully pick something up.
