Newly hatched chuckars (game birds) are acting sick, not sure what it is!

I got eggs from a neighbor, a mixture of chuckars and quail. 7 have hatched over the last 3 days. They are falling over backwards and can't seem to be able to get up on their own. They have all drank water, which contains vita charge liquid boost. They lay out flat on their stomachs and look dead like. Not sure what to do.

Can you get them to drink some plain water?
What dosage of Vita Charge did you put in the water?

It's hard to know what's going on. Try to get them hydrated.
