Newly Hatched - Feathers matted

I have a newly hatched chick that seemed excessively wet when it hatched. It is fow four hours later, it's up and moving around, but seems to have a hardened "crust" and it hasn't fluffed out. Does anyone know what may have caused this? It's like there is yolk all over her.

I'm still in lockdown as some other eggs are still pipped and are making progress so I wanted to wait before I did anything. Should I wait? Or take it out and try to do something?

sounds "shrink wrapped," humidity too low at hatching. My brain is failing me (too much holiday celebration) but I seem to remember using warm(damp) washcloths to get the yuck off. Be careful not to let chick get chilled. Hair dryer set low would be good.
