I have a newly hatched chick that needed assistance getting out. Blood vessels and yolk sac already absorbed. Now it can't stay off its back. Looks like possible wry neck. Do I need to give it some supplements? I'm waiting for it to fluff (still sticky) out before helping it much but it keeps falling on its back.

Yes, Vitamin E and a tiny bit of selenium to help with the absorption of the E. A chick chair may also be helpful to keep it upright until it's able to stand on it's own. Link below on wry neck and another that has pictures of versions of chick chairs.
You may also want to give a B complex, 1/4 of a tablet or capsule daily, that can also be helpful. If it's a capsule you can empty it and mix in a bit of moistened feed, or a tablet you can grind up and do that way too. It's sometimes hard to put it in the beak when they are so tiny. The E, you can poke the capsule with a needle and squeeze it out. When they are so small I will often hold them in my hand with the beak resting in the crease of my finger, and drip it down the crease. When it reaches the beak they will swallow it. Or you can just drip it on the beak.

Thanks, I had tried that but it sadly passed later that day.
