It gets to be a slippery slope, don't wan to accuse anyone who helps, but I hope people read about helping enough to not. I would put alcohol on the belly button with a q-tip, that is what they told me to put on my baby's belly button after birth...

My pediatrician always put some silver stuff on my babies umbilicals so idk about alcohol

He’s pretty weak. I gave him electrolyte water and he perked some. He is a fighter.

Well, the little man passed. He put up a fight but it was to much. Thank you everyone for the help and advice. It has been a learning experience.
