2. Remember that a balanced diet (commercially made Crumble or pelleted feed) is best. Treats are for humans pleasure...not the bird's health.

I also noticed my blood pressure went down after I retired. I wonder if doctors shouldn't just prescribe that instead of statins and beta blockers?
