Just wanted to post some pictures of our new run. We used PCV tubing, chicken wire, our old chicken coop which is just a low rabbit hutch, and a very big tarp over top. There is about 2 yards of sand in there.

Of course you can't rely on chicken wire to keep out predators, so you'll need to lock your chickens up at night in their secure coop for their own protection.
