I know, what a surprise! I remember waking my son up, who was almost 12 at the time, and telling him we had a big snow. He didn't believe me. The kids had so much fun that year... it would be nice if we got about 1/2 of that this time.

I don't know if it is a full moon tonight or not...I do know the moon was really bright last night cause I woke up at 3 and thought my front porch light was on....looked out and...nope, just the moon!​

My father in law was bragging over Christmas about how he was warmer in the Carolinas than we were in NORTH FLORIDA.

NOW, who is LAUGHING?

I am going to wait until he wakes up nice and cold tomorrow. Then make a nice phone call to complain about the expected 70 degree weather TOMORROW!

EVERYBODY else - - - I am sorry you have to endure the cold just so that I can make my father in law eat his words.

We've got around 4 inches now. We are expecting 7-14 inches, depending on which station or website I check.

I don't mind it, but the birds HATE it.

Oh people here have been freaking out for the past two days on the chance that we might get some winter weather; DH being one of them. I lived thru a few blizzards and tons of ice storms in the mountains of NC. These lowlanders are so silly.

It's snowing right now. Big deal. Let me know when it gets knee deep to a giraffe, then I'll start to get excited.
