Next doors cockerel keeps getting in withy chickens why does he leaves his flock for mine

Next door has a flock of normal red hens
Because they started to wander away they got a cockerel( they have no fencing around they're property)
We also have some younger hens all mixed birds but ours are kept to the confines of the garden (bantams)
Next doors cockerel dumps his birds and keeps getting in the box with ours
Why? When he already has his own

Yours must be cuter. Perhaps the hens in 'his' flock are kicking his butt. The pecking order causes all sorts of strange happenings.
