Well....That isnt exactly what happened cause when Dan opened the gun, turns out it was filled with blanks....He quickly unburied the guy

the man was flabbergasted and Dan told him to leave his property and never return or next time he would not play with him like that.

The man ran off and called the cops

The cops showed up and questioned Dan and Dan held to a story of self defense.

The cops gave Dan a ticket for 500$ and took away all his guns, but that was good for shooting someone

Dan paid his fines and bought more guns just in case the man wanted to come back later.
