This is my NH's first egg (middle)- it seems to have yolk on it? veteran egg folks, does this look like a cause for concern?

Usually egg yolk stuck to an egg means that an egg was broken in the nestboxes and eaten than the other eggs got some on them.

Ditto Dat^^^^^....take a good look at your nests for egg remains.
Often all that remains is whatever oozed down into the bedding, they eat the rest. That looks like maybe a foot print from a bird that stepped in broken egg mess.

Not unusual for new layers to lay a thin of soft shelled egg.....they break easily so are fair game for eating.

Is that egg on the right really orangeish, might be your photo adjustments or my monitor, but I've never seen one that color.
